Many algorithms have been proposed to deal with some but not all of these problems.Xiangyu Kong received the Bachelor’s degree from Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 1990, the Master’s degree from the Xi’an Research Institute of High Technology, Xi’an, China, in 2000, and the Ph. degree in Control Science and Engineering from the Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2005.From 1990 to 1997, he was an engineer at the X-i’an Optical Instrument Factory, Xi’an, China.Since 1997, he has been with the Xi’an Research Institute of High Technology, Xi’an Shaanxi province, China. His research interests include adaptive signal processing, nonlinear system modeling and its application, and fault diagnosis.
